Lunch Cruise on Diamant, window seats
 

Waiting in the warmth of the lounge to board Diamant
we were ushered to our window table on the Port side :)

Kir sparkling aperitif, delicious
the gentlemen had less cassis added to theirs so less sweet

Notre Dame

Starters served with a bottle of Chardonnay:
Gravlax salmon and salad
scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms and bacon

The turn around point

Mains served with a bottle of Medoc:
Tender Pork filet in Medeira sauce
Roast Chicken in red wine sauce

Dessert:
Opera cake with chocolate and coffee icing with arabica bean cream
The Ladies version had more coffee flavour (sweeter)
than the Gentleman's which was more intense dark chocolate (bitter)
